Effect of Balancing Lemuru Fish Oil and Palm Oil on Carcass and Chemical Composition of Broiler Chicken Meat

The purpose of this research was to analyze effect the balancing lemuru fish oil and palm on carcass broiler chemical composition breast broiler. 200 broilers reared from DOC 35 days old. Broilers were divided into 4 treatment groups 5 replications. consisted of: P0 = diet with 3% crude oil, P1 1% + 2% P2 P3 oil. Data analyzed using ANOVA Duncan's significant difference test. Treatment up had (P<0.05) decreasing but increasing proportion thigh. use feed as much is more effective than control meat chemistry composition.
